Description
As a part of fund raising for Kerala relief, I had put up this painting in the exhibition. There is one more special memory that I would like to share. As a part of a school assignment, we were suppose to author a book. This meant I had to write a story, come up with preface, back cover, front cover etc. This was the first time I was doing this. I wrote a story about 4 children lost in a forest… Blah blah blah. I picked up a A4 size paper and a pen and started to draw something. In 15min, I completed the book cover and I thought this was just a draft but my teacher said that it does look like a finished product. People did like this a lot so I decided to paint of canvas. This is my favourite piece because I loved the detailing of the branches I did on the canvas. This artwork has a beautiful new home in Singapore and she is a teacher in one of the international schools here.
